Chemical Peels
A chemical peel is a technique used to improve and smooth the texture of your skin. The peel gently removes the outermost layer of the skin, leaving you with completely fresh, untouched skin. Results include even-toned, smooth, tightened, and refreshed skin.
Peels are most often done on the face, but can also be used on the neck, chest, and hands.
Chemical peels can be used to treat acne scars, uneven pigmentation, rough skin, wrinkles, fine lines, and sunspots/damage.
How does it work?
Chemical peels are a safe and effective treatment to remove the outermost layers of skin in order to expose new, untouched skin. Your dermatologist will create a chemical mixture specifically tailored to your face and skin type to ensure the best results.
While patients can return to normal activities immediately after treatment, the skin is sensitive and should be makeup-free and protected from the sun for at least 2-4 days. Most patients begin to experience peeling after 48 hours, which resolves itself in 2-5 days.
Dermalinfusion
Tacoma Laser Clinic is proud to offer Dermalinfusion, a one-of-a-kind, a patented treatment that is long-lasting and provides immediate results for healthier, rejuvenated skin. As a safe, gentle alternative to microdermabrasion, Dermalinfusion takes no time at all and can be completed right here at our office.
Dermalinfusion is a 3-in-1 treatment that simultaneously exfoliates, extracts, and infuses your skin with healing serum to hydrate, soften, and plump the treated area. By minimizing the downtime between exfoliation and serum application, Dermalinfusion hydrates your skin in the most penetrable part of the exfoliation process, resulting in better serum retention and thus, rejuvenated, healthier skin.
Dermalinfusion treatment can be used to address a variety of skin conditions and cosmetic enhancements including dry, sensitive skin, the removal of fine lines, and rejuvenating acne-prone skin all with a personalized, hydrating blend of vitamins and nutrients. This treatment is fully customizable to meet the needs of each patient. Skin rejuvenation treatments like Dermalinfusion can also be used for therapeutic purposes to treat skin conditions such as rosacea, irregular pigmentation, broken capillaries, spider veins, freckles, or brown spots. For cosmetic enhancements, skin rejuvenation can reduce the signs of aging on the face, arms, and hands.
Dermalinfusion can also reduce redness and irritation by rehydrating the skin and ultimately improving the appearance of:
- Face, chest and back acne
- Bumps, dryness, and cracking on the hands and feet
- Stretch marks along the abdomen, breasts, or thighs
- Cellulite
- Sun damage, wrinkles, and fine lines.
For the best results, we recommend a series of four to six Dermalinfusion treatments. Replenish your dry, tired skin with this unbelievably hydrating serum. It will refresh and plump your skin with the nutrients it needs to improve the appearance and texture of your skin.
No one should be ashamed of their appearance or worried about their looks, and our leading Dermalinfusion treatments are here to solve those concerns. By scheduling a Dermalinfusion, we can restore your skin’s youthful glow, smooth fine lines, and soften the look and feel of your skin. We want you to feel confident in your skin which is why we utilize only the safest, most effective skin rejuvenation, and Dermalinfusion treatments for our patients.
